Best pizza dough!
ingredients:
1 tbsp sugar
1 envelope yeast ( or 1 tablespoon bulk)
1 cup warm water
Mix for 5 minutes and allow to rise and bubble, activating the yeast
2-1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
Mix well and knead for 4-5 minutes until dough forms ball and feels elastic to touch. Move to a bowl and cover with a damp kitchen towel. Allow to rise in warm place, warming oven drawer perhaps, for 2-3 hours or until doubled in size!
